Campbell Pilates & Wellness: A Studio That Feels Like Home

Lead Teacher/Coach- Sally Campbell

Sally brings over 30 years of experience, a global teaching background, and a deep belief in the power of Pilates to transform lives — from strength and posture to confidence and energy.

Real Results, Real Experience

Sally has practised Pilates in Sydney, London and New York, and taught in London and New Zealand. Her practical, compassionate approach empowers clients to feel stronger, move with greater ease, and live pain-free — regardless of their age, background, or level of fitness.

Her teaching blends clarity, encouragement, and just the right challenge. Known for her humour and heart, Sally helps clients progress safely & with confidence

Qualifications & Beyond

Sally is a Balanced Body Reformer Instructor, Buff Bones® Certified, CYQ Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher, and a UK-certified Nutrition Advisor. She’s also a Red Cross First Aider and holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University.
