Please bring your own Pilates mat. A mat with 10mm thickness is recommended for comfort and support.
Please wear non-slip socks and avoid clothing with zips as it can damage equipment. Also, minimize wearing jewelry for safety and comfort.
Yes! Always let your instructor know before class if you have any recent injuries, aches, or illnesses—like a sore neck or back.
Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain. Muscle aches during or after class (1–2 days later) are normal as your body adapts. Breathe deeply and persevere!
Yes, it’s important to hydrate after your session, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
Please email us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full cancellation fee.
Please contact us before booking so we can assess your needs. A few private lessons may be recommended before joining a group class.

You can pay by card when booking online. Alternatively, bank transfer (Sally Campbell — 06-0589-0400452-02) or cash payments are also accepted.
Please email or text us if you can’t attend. There’s no cancellation or change fee if you’ve prepaid for the term.
Please cancel or reschedule via the booking system at least 8 hours before the class to avoid a full cancellation fee.
